Breakfast Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy

Feeds 6-8


(1) Pound Bulk HarvestBox Breakfast Sausage

(3) Tbsp Flour

(2-3) Cups of Milk

Biscuits, either homemade or refrigerator (think Pillsbury Grands)


1. In a large skillet brown sausage into small crumbled pieces.

2. Sprinkle in flour and stir until you can not see the flour.

3. Slowly add in 2 cups of milk and stir.  Simmer on low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gravy will thicken the longer it simmers.  Add up to one additional cup of milk to reach the desired consistency.  Keep hot until ready to serve.

4. Serve over biscuits.
