Oven Roasted Bison Meatballs

Serves 4 - 5


Ingredients

(1) lb. Ground Buffalo

(1/2) Cup Finely Chopped Mushrooms

(1/3) Cup Finely Chopped Red Onion

(1) Egg

(2) Minced Garlic Cloves

(1) tsp Salt

(1) tsp Ground Black Pepper

(1) tsp Italian Seasoning


Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Combine all ingredients and mix well in a bowl.

3. Form mixture into approximately 24 meatballs.

4. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

5. Place meatballs on the baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes.

6. Serve with preferred dipping sauce.
