Quick and Simple Alaskan Salmon

On a busy night, there's no better way to put your Alaskan Salmon HarvestBox to use than with this super simple recipe. With just a few basic ingredients and a few minutes of prep time, the hardest part is waiting for it to cook. Serve with your choice of veggies or rice on the side and your healthy, natural dinner is ready for the table.


(2) Salmon Fillets

(2) Tbsp. Butter

Salt and pepper to taste

(2) Slices Lemon

Aluminum Foil


1. Preheat oven to 360 degrees or light the grill.

2. On a cookie sheet, lay out a square of aluminum foil for each piece of thawed salmon.

3. Place one salmon filet and one Tbsp. butter in center of aluminum foil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap the aluminum foil around the salmon fillet. 

4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or grill on indirect heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side or until salmon flakes easily.

4. Serve with lemon slices.
