Round Steak Fajitas by Maribel

Serves 6-8


(2) Pounds HarvestBox Round Steak

(1) Red Pepper, sliced

(1) Green Pepper, sliced

(1) Yellow Pepper, sliced

(1) Large Onion, sliced

(1) Clove Garlic, minced

(3) Tbsp. Olive Oil

(2) Packages Corn or Flour Tortillas


1.  Slice meat into thin strips.

2.  Pour olive oil in large skillet or frying pan.

3.  Add meat strips to pan and season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.

4.  Cook on low to medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5.  Turn heat up to medium/heat and add peppers and onions and stir well.

6.  Cook for 8-10 minutes or until peppers are desired softness.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with warm tortillas, rice, beans, guacamole, salad and/or salsa and chips.
