Swiss Steak For The Crockpot

Serves 4



Ingredients

(4) HarvestBox Round Steaks (either Grass-fed or Wagyu)

(1) 14 oz Can Beef Broth

(1) 14 oz Can Cream of Mushroom soup

(1) Envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix

Ultimate Steak and Roast Seasoning

(1) Small Can of Mushrooms (optional)




Preparation

1. In a large skillet on medium-high heat, briefly brown the round steaks on both sides.  Season with Ultimate Steak and Roast Seasoning.  Place round steaks in crockpot.

2. In a medium bowl, mix the beef broth and soups together.  Pour over the steaks.

3. Cook on medium heat for 8 hours.

4. The soups make a delicious gravy. Serve round steaks over noodles or with your favorite mashed potatoes.
